Ultrasound

Ultrasound uses high-frequency sound waves to examine such organs as kidneys, liver, spleen, pancreas, and gallbladder. Ultrasound is commonly used for pregnant women to assess fetal growth and development. We also utilize ultrasound to examine the heart (echocardiograms) and vascular structures (i.e. blood vessels).
