Women’s Wellness Forum Keynote Speaker
Uses Laughter to Help Heal
Payson, AZ (February 9, 2011) – Internationally known Humor Therapist, Elaine M. Lundberg, M.A., will lighten up the March 13th Women's Wellness Forum with her keynote presentation, “Laughter- the duct tape that can help hold you together!”
You'll learn about the healthy things that happen to your body when you have a hearty belly laugh and you use positive humor. You'll also learn how laughter helps prevent, fight and heal the toll stress takes on your body. Most important, you'll laugh while you learn how positive humor helps keep women healthy and productive.
The 13th Annual Women’s Wellness Forum, “Women’s Health: It’s Not Rocket Science” is Saturday, March 12 at 7 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Payson High School. Breakout sessions feature health, finance, communications and family resources, all designed for a woman’s well-being and good health.
Besides the useful information, there are morning wake-up exercise sessions, continental breakfast, lunch and vendor show and so much more!
